“I had a stage 1 remap on my wife’s 320d just over 2 months ago and have been asked if I can put a review in which I happily agreed too as it’s the best money I’ve spent in a long time. Minutes after It was remapped I took it for a spin and was smiling from ear to ear. Straight away I noticed how responsive the vehicle was and that the power delivery was there immediately. After 2 months of my wife driving the car our miles per gallon have increased by roughly 8-10 mpg which is an amazing result. “After having my Touareg for nearly 18 months now I have never been able to get my miles per gallon to anything near acceptable.

Looking on different forums a few people have had their vehicles remapped and had improved their miles per gallon. I came across Carl at Remapped uk and after speaking to him he said they have vast experience with fuel efficiency mapping and they would give me 30 bhp more, more torque and 8-10% more miles per gallon.

4 weeks have passed and I’m near 15% more miles per gallon and the car feels very much the same to drive until I put my foot down and then it feels like it has another turbo on it.

250+bhp has always been decent enough but to go to over 300bhp and get better mpg was a no brainier for me.
